At Henjodan Limited, our mission to transform communities through purposeful infrastructure has taken another bold step forward. With over a decade of experience in engineering, logistics, and construction services, we are proud to share the progress of one of our latest development projects in Guzape, Abuja.
These are the early glimpses into the development of the Kpaduma market which is located at Guzape extension marks the phase lift of the market to be in alignment with the FCT built alignment space.

The Strength Below the Surface
As seen in the images captured on-site, we are currently in the excavation and foundation preparation stage. This is a critical phase that sets the structural tone for everything that follows:
- Excavated Trenches: Strategically dug trenches outline where load-bearing walls and columns will stand. These trenches are precisely measured to follow engineered plans that ensure structural integrity.
- Concrete Blinding: We’ve laid the first layers of blinding concrete—a preparatory step before reinforcement bars are installed and full concrete footings are poured. This helps create a stable and uncontaminated surface, safeguarding against moisture seepage and ensuring long-term strength.
This foundational work may not be glamorous, but it’s one of the most important stages of construction. A building’s strength is only as good as the ground it stands on—and Henjodan is committed to delivering strength that lasts generations.

Giving the Kpaduma Community a New Look
This project aligns with Henjodan Limited’s broader vision: transforming underdeveloped or semi-developed lands into hubs of commercial and social opportunity. Our team isn’t just building structures—we’re laying the foundation for:
- Retail Shops
- Fedama Shops
- Automobile Facility
- Abattoir
- Warehouses and more
Every trench we dig is part of a larger blueprint that includes community impact, job creation, and sustainable development. From remote farmland to bustling urban fringes, Henjodan believes in building with purpose.
